I now think that it could be one of my remote VPN users that are screwing it up. That's the strange thing - my DHCP scope starts at. I can ping it, but can't connect through RDP or even file explorer. I've done a flushdns, done a netsh reset, nothing seems to work. It also does not get the 169.xxxxx IP address. Server restarted, now the server has TWO IP addresses. The IP was 192.168.0.10 - working spot on for months.

Here's the strange thing, and I have NO CLUE how to fix it. I have an RDS that users connect to that suddenly they cannot.
